Rural collective commercial construction land (RCCCL) is an important component of rural collective land, it palys an increasingly important role in the economic development of china. Through field investigation and theoretical analysis of the relevant factors of rural collective construction land management aims to explore the reality of the impact, efforts by the real estate and development law by vivid discussion on the RCCCL, find the operation of RCCCL use of circulation of the right to the influencing factors, in order to promote the RCCCL use rights transfer is standardized and orderly, sustained and healthy development, promote circulation system construction and development and improvement to provide the necessary theoretical basis and decision support and guidance.In this article, through the investigation of RCCCL in Yunlong demonstration zone in Zhuzhou City during 2013-2015 and this article on the RCCCL distribution scale were analyzed by using Arcgis in Yunlong demonstration zone in Zhuzhou City, then the land use right of the RCCCL of relevant theoretical analysis of qualitative factors, then using component analysis method and regression analysis method, this paper conducts a qualitative analysis of factors influencing of use right transfer of RCCCL in Yunlong demonstration zone in Zhuzhou City. Research indicates:(1) The level of economic development and the traffic condition is the impact of RCCCL management of the main factors;(2) Economic conditions, location and transportation conditions on the RCCCL has a positive impact on relations;(3) Better regional economic conditions, RCCCL is a greater likelihood of circulation;(4) Good economic development, information accessibility is high, good quality transfer objects, more developed and convenient transportation, land value-added feature to promote RCCCL transfer.
