On this basis it puts forwardconstruction orientation and construction project, including the scheme ofconstruction land and displacement and resettlement, the scheme ofarchitectural and structural design, the utility, energy saving scheme andenvironmental and ecological protection scheme. Meanwhile it makes theinvestment estimation and economic benefit evaluation according to theconstruction project.
