So far,the process of market-oriented reform has made Chinese economy change a lot.With the integration of global economy increase,the catering industry is becoming more and more competitive.More and more enterprises pay more attention to human resource management and development.Especially the human resource management and strategic objectives to maintain a certain dynamic coordination.Human resource management in general has been unable to meet the needs of enterprise development.Human resources management to change the traditional role of auxiliary,transform government functions,To become strategic partners,can really play its due role,this raises a new concept—Strategic Human Resource Management.This article in the food industry has a certain status,characteristics and typical little sheep company as the research object,the use of strategic human resource management and the knowledge of the enterprise life cycle,by analyzing the first little sheep the status quo of human resource management practices,and fit with corporate growth strategy,evaluates the effectiveness of the little sheep company strategic human resources management,the establishment of the multi-dimensional company strategic human resource management system,and puts forward some concrete implementation ways,in order to help the company’s strategic development.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part,namely the introduction,introduces the research background and significance of this article,research ideas and methods,the innovation points.The second part,theory review,introduces the basic concept of strategic human resources and domestic related theory.The third part,this paper introduces the development of little sheep,company,enterprise culture,development strategy.The fourth part,distracting little sheep company current situation and existing problems of human resources.The fifth part,to build a little sheep strategic human resources management system.The sixth part,the little sheep,the implementation of the strategic human resource management can be a good and provide guarantee for the development of corporate strategy put forward corresponding Suggestions.
