Taking the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited Qingdao Branch as an example and focusing on its current competitive situation and problems in international financial market, this paper establishes the new competitive strategy of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited Qingdao Branch in emerging market specifically after a series of analysis to improve its competitiveness in international financial market and to complete the transition and upgrading taking full use of the opportunities of Internet technology innovation and the development of Internet finance.Firstly, this paper analyses the competitive environment of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited Qingdao Branch in Internet financial market, concluding its competitive macro environment of emerging market from political, economic, social, science and technological four factors; researches its major competitors and dynamic developmental trend of Internet financial market; summarizes its competitive strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in Internet market and sets SWOT analysis model.
