Financial analysis is through the study of the main indicators of corporate financial statements, to obtain indicators of changes in the law and information in order to evaluate the past operating conditions of the enterprise, and the future business plans to make reasonable recommendations. But the general financial analysis, often not up to a strategic height, only around the ratio analysis to evaluate. In recent years, the Harvard analysis framework as a more comprehensive, more three-dimensional financial analysis model, more and more popular with the public.At present, the supply and marketing cooperatives shall implement the separation of government and enterprises, and the supply and marketing cooperatives at the county level and above shall belong to the government departments. Below the county level of the grass-roots supply and marketing cooperatives, and affiliated enterprises classified as business entities together, to all levels of the supply and marketing cooperative guidance, economic self-sufficiency. Supply and marketing cooperatives around organs in accordance with the operation of the accounting period, summary subordinate enterprise entity, the formation of monthly and annual report according to level. So, the supply and marketing cooperatives in a region as an accounting entity, through financial analysis, it can fully reflect the operating performance and financial situation of the system.In this paper, the supply and marketing cooperatives Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture as the research object, try to establish the Harvard analysis framework, analyze the main indicators of the 2011-2015 annual financial statements. To stand in the strategic height, according to the four steps of Harvard analysis framework, to evaluate the operating conditions of production in five years, the supply and marketing cooperative system, draw the conclusion, for the government managers and business decision-makers to provide reference value. The overall framework of this article includes five parts. The first part is the introduction, which describes the background and significance of this paper, the research status at home and abroad for reference, research ideas and content. The second part briefly describes the traditional theory of financial analysis and its limitations. The third part is the model extension of the Harvard analysis framework. The fourth part of the establishment of the Harvard analysis framework, as detailed as possible. The fifth part is the research conclusions and recommendations.
