Based On The Harvard Analytical Framework In The Analysis Of Financial Statements Of XA PICC

Along with the development in recent years,the high improvement speed of the national economy stability and insurance industry as the national economy "booster" and "stabilizer" plays a more and more obvious role in the national economy.Coupled with national insurance consciousness rising ceaselessly,the insurance industry has been developing rapidly.To this end,how the insurance companies continuously improve their financial management capabilities has become the focus in the current company development.A systematic analysis on finance is an important approach to understand a company.Through the analysis we can be aware of the risk in advance,enhance the market operation ability,promote the sound development of the insurance market.Around the theme of financial analysis,this paper aims to specify the significance and value of the research through mastering Harvard Analysis Framework,one of the main tools in financial analysis,through the application on it,and putting XA insurance property insurance company as the case study object of the research,analyzing the problems and challenges.First,to review the relevant theory and literature of which focus is traditional financial analysis and to lay a solid theoretical basis for the research.Secondly,on the basis of the analysis of financial statement of XA insurance company,to apply the Harvard analysis framework on the analysis on XA insurance property insurance company's financial situation through four aspects,which are strategic analysis,accounting analysis,financial analysis and prospect forecast in order to deeply understand the potential of making a profit and cash flow respectively in the past,present and future;and then found out that the company lacks analysis strategy,the chosen accounting policy analysis and the structural analysis on financial analysis.Finally,put forward the countermeasures to solve the XA PICC Property insurance company financial analysis,namely,the countermeasure based on the strategic analysis,accounting analysis,financial analysis the prospect analysis,deepen the reform of the organization,enhance premiums receivable financial control ability,increase debt service efforts,expand diversified financing channels,optimize the allocation of resources to ensure that the implementation of the strategy helps the improvement of the status of financial management of the case study.
