In 2015, electronic commerce develops rapidly which brings the anticipated economic effect. With the implementation of the plan of action formulated on the country Internet technology, e-commerce again be closely taken care by China's economy market. At the same time, the electronic commerce also presents some new characteristics of The Times, for example, e-commerce has gradually become an emerging industry mattering by the governments at all levels; In the process of promoting economic growth also shows its important role; Is widespread in the rural development and promotion; New type of online shopping type is growing in the trend of the explosive;O2O mode make the traditional enterprise turns to the direction of the Internet and so on. In 2015 our country focusing on the implementation of "electronic commerce development action plan" and "Internet+circulation action plan", which has made a great contribution to improve our country electronic commerce policy laws and regulations and standard system, also promote the e-commerce into the small and medium-sized cities, into the community, and even into the countryside, expand the development range of internet commerce, and strengthen the innovation and application of electronic commerce, more perfect the electronic commerce service support system.The rise of e-commerce makes the network shopping mode gradually becomes a company business marketing mall on the network platform, in order to keep up with the pace of modern economy, DE Company has put up with a marketing strategy of the electronic commerce, and carried on a thorough research into it. The main purpose of the research on the one hand is to make the company more quickly realizing the rapid and clear communication with consumers, also according to customer requirements for products design and the implementation method of real-time dynamic adjustment, in order to meet the needs of each different customer; On the other hand is to use the transaction mode of e-commerce, for DE Company to win the new and better development market, at the same time, develop more suitable marketing of the contemporary economic environment, to promote the rapidly development of DE Company, and improve the company's competition and promote the company's competitive position in the international market.The main content of the study is from theory to practice, in the aspect of theory is detailedly comb and analyzes the basis of electronic commerce and marketing management theory at home and abroad, and provides scientific argument for later research; In practice, this article firstly analyzes the development status of e-commerce marketing[45], sums up the characteristics of e-commerce marketing's development at home and abroad, then introduces the DE company's basic situation and the current inside and outside environment in the development of electronic commerce marketing, then points out the problems in company marketing strategy existing before, and puts forward a new e-commerce marketing strategy on the basis of the existing problems before, finally, in order to make the proposed strategy more adapt to the development of the company and to get good position in the market competition, so to adjust and improve the new strategy which has put forward before. Through the study of theoretical and practical analysis these two aspects, coupled with a typical case study, resulting in final reliability of the research conclusion of guarantee at the maximum extent, at the same time to increase the persuasive evidence within the scope of the broad marketThere are four ways to study in this research; they are literature research, SWOT analysis, Field survey method case study. Literature research mainly refers to the collection, identification and related literature, and study of these documents, and then makes a method of understanding of the facts of science. SWOT analysis is based on the internal and external competition environment and competition conditions of situational analysis, and in this way, the conclusion is usually a certain decision-making. System analyses is a macro and micro system analysis to the environment of the study object, and then use the relevant professional theory to establish a comprehensive development strategy for the research object. Case study method is to use the related theory to study the example; this method is more convincing, and more practical.
