With the development of economic globalization, many enterprises are facing a full range of increasingly fierce market, capital, technology, knowledge and talent competition. But in the final analysis, it is the competition of talents and overall quality of human resources. Performance appraisal is the core and important content of human resource management. It is important to establish a scientific and effective performance appraisal system to improve employee performance, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and achieve the goal of the enterprise.The XD Company as the research object, aiming at the problems of the company appears in the performance appraisal process, designs a set of consistent with enterprise characteristics of feasible performance appraisal system, so as to promote human resources management level of ascension. Through my personal involvement, I understand the XD Company at present the organization (Department) and Department of staff performance appraisal operation process, at the same time, through the investigation and visits at all levels of management personnel and front-line employees on the operation situation of performance appraisal feedback, I summary the present existence of XD Company Performance appraisal. In view of the above problems, combined with the performance management theory, from the internal and external factors, the causes of the problem are analyzed and put forward solutions. I improve the design of XD Company based on the performance appraisal system. This paper is mainly research on performance evaluation system of XD Company, for the company to design out a feasible performance evaluation system, the research draws the following conclusions:(1) the performance evaluation index should be quantified as far as possible. Quantitative indicators can improve the accuracy and scientific assessment, there is a strong persuasion; (2) performance evaluation program should be operable. Starting from the actual needs of the work, focus on the establishment of operational performance appraisal program, clear performance appraisal procedures, to ensure the seriousness and system of assessment work; (3) performance evaluation system should have a guiding role. The practice of enterprise human resource management is constantly developing., Employee performance appraisal as an important activity of human resource management, on the formation of enterprise culture, employee value concept has a strong guiding role and should also be improved with the development of practice.Finally, it is hoped that this thesis will provide a reference for XD Company to improve and enrich management performance, also hope to domestic similar enterprises for the effective implementation of performance appraisal provide some reference valuable ideas and methods.
