Performance Evaluation is the very important category in developing and managing human resource. Without Performance Evaluation, there will be no scientific and effective human resources management. Implementation and improving of performance evaluation is the important guarantee for enterprises to promote themselves and to reach their strategic targets. As a enterprise of dense fund, the realty corporation needs a effective system of performance evaluation.This thesis begins from the situation of a small corporation. ,considering the reform of structure and employees, this thesis analysis completely the system of performance evaluation, remeasure the grades to improve the positivity of employees and form the atmosphere of good-awarding and bad-punishing. Resigning the system of performance evaluation, all departments of the enterprise adopt the same performance scorecard and key-affair evaluation. Communication runs through the proceed of performance evaluation.New evaluation system lay stress on its own work of the evaluated unit, key guidelines of performance, and benefit guiding, it strengthens evaluation power to the function units, it weakens evaluation among the departments, it simplifies the measures and procedure of the evaluation, it improves quantization of evaluation, it strengthens linking and feedback of evaluation, it makes the results of Performance Evaluation to be better utilized.By designing new Performance Evaluation system, the conclusion can be drew below:The system of performance evaluation must base on science method and same standard to make fair ,betimes and impersonality. Performance Evaluation system is a process of dynamic adjustment, it needs to keep communicating. After Performance Evaluation has been finished, there is also an important job which we should summarize and analyses the evaluation operating process, the application of evaluation results, we should analyses the extent which the new Performance Evaluation system adopts to the developing target and environments of inner and outside of the company. We should look out shortcoming, and make adjustment and improvement. The objective of Performance Evaluation adjustment system is to fuse the company's target and value objective with the improvement and perfection of Performance Evaluation system. This will promote the company's culture development. The management level of the company will be promoted constantly by evaluation, thus making the company flexible and adaptive to the competition.
