Talent is the productivity of the enterprise,the young talent is the competitiveness of the enterprise development.The competition among enterprises is not only the competition of production and management,market and technology,but also the competition of talents.So enterprises control the brain drain can improve the competitiveness of enterprises.However,the brain drain of modern enterprises has become a common phenomenon and a big social problem that many enterprises must face.Currently,China's pharmaceutical economy is in the period of major medical reform and drug reform policies,and the "two-vote system is fully implemented",which leads to a large number of pharmaceutical businesses to close down."Drug consistency evaluation" consumes a lot of people,money and material resources;Extreme negotiated price reduction policy,"4+7" bulk purchase,the price of selected drugs dropped significantly,casting a heavy shadow over the whole drug consistency evaluation.The pharmaceutical industry is in a grim situation,and the era of extensive growth in China's pharmaceutical industry is over.Under this situation,the competition among pharmaceutical enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,leading to the increasingly fierce competition for talents,and the phenomenon of brain drain is becoming increasingly serious.This paper takes the real case of TJ group,a state-owned pharmaceutical enterprise,as the research object,analyzes the environment of the pharmaceutical industry today,the inherent limitations of state-owned enterprises,respectively from the aspects of society,industry and enterprise and the staff analysis of the main reason of the loss of young talent,and a targeted from the introduction of talent,training,using and retaining take corresponding countermeasures,in order to retain talent effectively,reduce attrition rates,saving the cost of human resources,in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.At the same time,this case study is summarized and prospected,and the significance and shortcomings of this study are pointed out.This paper mainly puts forward a series of countermeasures against the problem of brain drain: perfect the system of talent introduction and training;Reasonably planning one's career;Optimizing pay and incentive systems;Establish a harmonious corporate culture,create a win-win platform for both enterprises and individuals.
