With the development of science and technology, the process of economic globalizationaccelerates and the environment of the enterprises is facing at home and abroad everincreases complexity. The importance of people’s position in the enterprise has beengradually increased, the company’s business philosophy has changed, and a key to successlies in its ability to stimulate the powers and talents of the employees, the vitality of theenterprise from the enterprise seems to be more attractive to workers. It points to theimportance of human resource management in the enterprise development. Incentives as thecore content of the human resource management have become the key to business success,more and more enterprises take the staff motivation as a business development strategic issue.However, due to the constraints of the level of economic development and people’s ideas interms of staff motivation has still a lot of problems, coupled with our employee incentive of alate start, there are still many imperfections, thus they affects the normal development. Facingsuch a situation, staff incentives for business research are necessary and imminent.The thesis is divided into five chapters; the main contents are as follows:Chapter1: Introduction. This article introduces the background and purpose andsummarizes and reviews the incentive literature at home and broad, and then determines theideas and methods of this thesis.Chapter2: Incentive Theory. Firstly, it tells the basic concepts of motivation, role, andmethods are described; followed by the excitation process, the final system from thecontent-based incentive theory, process theory of motivation and behavior modificationdriving theory three summarizes the incentive theory.Chapter3: Status and Problems of employee motivation in the manufacturing enterpriseH. Departure from the status quo of staff incentive, H manufacturing enterprises: theproblems need to fine-tune the distribution of bonuses, corporate welfare system is notcomprehensive enough, poor assignment of employees, lack of job enrichment, promotionsystem is not perfect, education and training not in place, the lack of recognition andappreciation of employees. And analysis of the existence of the cause of the problem: staffmanagement concept behind the imperfect and imperfect process of enterprise management,employee incentives.Chapter4: Building manufacturing employees’ incentive model. Based on the status quo,H manufacturing employees incentive model design principles to build the employeesincentive model. Model construction level employees are divided into two kinds, respectively, for management personnel and junior officers’ incentive model building. ManufacturingEnterprise H is more perfect employee incentive.Chapter5: Incentive Countermeasures. To improve employee motivation inManufacturing Enterprise H, it has to complete the following three aspects. Firstly, it shouldimprove staff management concept and strengthen the human-oriented management, thenestablish a straight line managers. Secondly, to establish and improve staff incentives, theenterprise must improve the performance appraisal mechanism and improve the welfareincentives perfect training mechanism. Thirdly, it has to optimize the incentive managementprocess and enhance staff to optimize the allocation of the development of corporate culture.
