More and more companies recognize the importance of human resources.The development of enterprises is inseparable from human resources in any era.The rapid development of the current world economy and the extremely fierce competition have led many companies to focus on employees.Employee mobility and loyalty are more and more valued by enterprises.How to effectively manage employees,motivate employees,and keep employees fighting forever is an important topic for many companies.This article takes Qingshan Cultural Tourism Co.,Ltd.as the research object.First,it introduces the research background and significance of this article,the current research status at home and abroad,and the research content and methods of this article.Secondly,it mainly describes the related concepts of motivation and the classic motivation theory,such as the eight theories such as hierarchy theory,ERG theory,and two-factor theory.Thirdly,based on the introduction of Qingshan Cultural Tourism Co.,Ltd.,the current employee motivation methods of Qingshan Cultural Tourism Co.,Ltd.are analyzed,and the AHP-FCE evaluation model is constructed by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Evaluation of employees' incentive effectiveness.A questionnaire design was used to investigate the motivational behaviors of Qingshan Cultural Tourism Co.,Ltd.,diagnose and analyze the problems of Qingshan Cultural Tourism Co.,Ltd.employee motivation,and analyze the causes.Fourthly,from the aspects of diversified incentive system,salary,communication,training,etc.,the optimization strategies and measures of Qingshan Cultural Tourism Co.,Ltd.employee incentive system are proposed.And mainly from the management concept,the design of the incentive system,organizational security and other aspects.
