Study On Evaluation Of Hengshui Tianyang Freezing Factory Logistics Performance

In recent years,China’s cold chain logistics industry has developed rapidly,and the traditional logistics has been significantly improved.Most of China’s cold chain enterprises,especially those which need to provide professional services are in an initial stage.And the professionalism and quality of service of these logistics enterprises are different.Taking Hengshui Tianyang Freezing Factory as the research object,this paper applies the logistics theory,the performance evaluation theory and the enterprise performance evaluation method,making reference to the domestic and foreign related literatures,using the questionnaire survey and the expert consultation method,to summarize the key factors of cold chain logistics enterprises’ performance appraisal.Taking balanced scorecard as the research foundation this paper constructs the Hengshui Tianyang Freezing Factory’s performance evaluation index system from four aspects: finance,customer service,enterprise internal process and the enterprise’s learning and development.This paper adopts the improved three-scale analytic hierarchy redistributing index system and uses fuzzy and comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate Hengshui Tian Yang Freezing Factory’s cold chain logistics performance.According to the evaluation results,some countermeasures of improving the logistics performance of Hengshui Tianyang Freezing Factory are put forward.These researches have great significance for improving the cold chain logistics performance standard of Hengshui Tianyang Freezing Factory.
