Since 1999,China government encourages China State-owned enterprises to go global.At first stage,most of investments concentrate on recourse exploitation project in low development countries around the world.Recently,with domestic economic increasing,oversea investments leads on more attractive project from developing economy entity and developed economy entity.Five or six years ago,Chinese "go global" basically center on bulk commodity,now start to construct infrastructure project in some countries those carry on compete bid system.Chinese rapid development lead to industry innovation,industry innovation brings more opportunity.Industry upgrading and transformation bring profit.With carrying out the strategy "One Belt and One Road".Some surplus superior high quality industry will transfer to other countries and regions.This article,through analysis the problems of the enterprise,which the author works for,in the process of internationalization and globalization strategy,were raising the points.Study the risks which were already happened and will be happened upon the projects on going,and discuss how shall we solve the problems.Find the opportunities underneath the national strategy of opportunity “One Belt and One Road” which encourage transfer capacity,destocking.Finally,proposal of actual methods of controlling and management were issued.Resolve these factors may cause potential risks,so as to enhance the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in the internationalization and globalization.
