The Research On The Path Of Rural Urbanization Of Weifang "Two Rivers" Area

Building a moderately prosperous society is the history mission of our new period.At present,the agriculture and rural economy is developing fast.But China is a large country of agriculture.The low level of urbanization of rural areas becomes a bottleneck to zhe sustainable development of economy.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the coordination of urbanization and agriculture.In 2017,the Central Economic Work Conference puts forward the promotion of rural urbanization in the overall tone of steady progress,and continued to promote the people-oriented rural urbanization and promote the urbanization of migrant workers.Under the background of the moderately prosperous society and ecological civilization,it is imperative to explore the suitable path of rural urbanization for Weifang.Weifang "two rivers" area refers to the tributaries of rivers of Mihe and Weihe,which from south to north of Weifang and occupies an important position in Weifang.Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone and the Yellow River Delta Efficient Eco-economic Zone for its development bring opportunities to Weifang "two rivers" area.In 2013 Weifang decided to develop the "two rivers" vigorously.The weifang municipal government in the "two rivers" area development and promotion meeting put forward that construct the small towns and new rural community as the main way of urbanization in July 2015 and focus on small towns.In recent years,Weifang "two rivers" area made great progress in the construction of urban and rural areas,ecological development,tourism and other aspects,but low level of the rural urbanization becomes a bottleneck to the sustainable development.First of all,this paper summarizes and combs the basic theories and related literatures of rural urbanization at home and abroad,and provides a reference for the research of this paper.Secondly,the paper studies the water resources,land resources,the three major industrial levels,the residents' income and the urbanization level of Weifang "two rivers" area.By comparing the data of Weifang City and coastal counties in the Weifang "two rivers" area on the achievements,problems and dynamic mechanisms in recent years,and explore the development path of development of the rural urbanization.Finally,according to development achievements and shortcomings of Weifang "two rivers" area,provide policy recommendations for regional development to provide some reference.
