Research On The Characteristics And Regulatory Path Of Urbaniztion Development In Heilongjiang Reclamation Area

Urbanization is the inevitable process and trend of world economic and social development.It is the only way for the economic and social development of all countries in the world,and it is also the endogenous demand for the development of China at this stage.The country is paying more and more attention to the development of urbanization,emphasizing “taking a new urbanization path with Chinese characteristics,intensive,intelligent,green and low-carbon”.The Heilongjiang Reclamation Area is a special type of regional system and regional development type that develops regional water and soil resources and specializes in agricultural production.The urbanization of the reclamation area has entered a new stage,but the realization of urbanization is still necessary.After a long process,how to get out of the new urbanization development path with the characteristics of the region is a very important issue before us.Based on the background of the topic selection,the review of domestic and foreign literatures and the summary of basic theories,the article comprehensively and systematically analyzes the historical process and evolution of urbanization development in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area from five aspects: development process,quality evaluation,spatial pattern,influencing factors and regulation path.Features and regulatory paths.The paper combines qualitative and quantitative methods,using mathematical statistics analysis method,analytic hierarchy process,entropy method,gravity center model,spatial cluster analysis and other methods to evaluate the urbanization quality of the reclamation area and analyze the spatial difference of urbanization development in the reclamation area.Qualitative analysis of the influencing factors of urbanization development in the urban area.Based on the above analysis,the paper summarizes the particularity and existing problems of urbanization development in the urban area,and proposes the strategy of urbanization development in the future based on the new background of the development of the urban area.The main research contents of the article are as follows:First of all,the development process of urbanization in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area is divided into two stages,five periods,namely,the top-down urbanization development stage from 1947 to 1978,and the bottom-up urbanization development stage in 1979.The top-down urbanization development stage is subdivided into three periods: creation development,construction development and tortuous development.The bottom-up urbanization development stage is subdivided into two periods: accelerated development and rapid development.Secondly,the article analyzes the spatial differences and evolution of urbanization development in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area.Using the cluster analysis method,it is found that the spatial pattern of urbanization development level in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area is closely related to the natural conditions,especially the distribution of rivers.Judging from the spatial pattern of urbanization,economy,quality of life and urbanization of the geographical landscape,the overall appearance of the eastern part is higher than that of the west and the south is higher than the north.The development focus of population,economy,quality of life and urban landscape in the reclamation area also shows a process of shifting to the east and south,indicating that the urbanization development process and quality of the eastern and southern farms in the past ten years have been higher than that of the west.And the farm in the north.Then,20 indicators were selected from five aspects: economic development,industrial structure,social development,infrastructure and public services and ecological environment.The index system of urbanization quality evaluation was constructed and evaluated.The paper constructs an urbanization quality evaluation system consisting of overall evaluation,process evaluation and factor evaluation.It not only analyzes the static spatial pattern characteristics of the urbanization quality of each administration,but also analyzes the dynamic evolution characteristics of the urbanization quality of each administration.Thirdly,the article analyzes the influencing factors of urbanization development in four aspects,including natural factors,economic development factors,policy guiding factors and institutional mechanism factors.Finally,the article summarizes the particularity and existing problems of urbanization development in the urban area,and proposes the path of urbanization development in the urban area based on the new background of urbanization development in the urban area.
