Research On Urbanization Of Rural Area TBD Based On Sustainable Development Of Economic Society

As one of symbols of human civilization, urbanization constitutes the course of promoting human mode of production, way of life and living pattern by social productivity development. In 2010, rate of urbanization of rural area in China reached 47.5%; urban and rural population accounted for 49.68% and 50.32% of national population respectively. Unprecedented urbanization course has become the key force for domestic economic growth.Tianjin Binhai New Area(TBD) is an important area of Chinese reform and opening-up. We should comprehend the key historical phase of economic development and social transfer from the point of strategy. Guided by sustainable development theory, we should, based on urbanization and regional economic structure optimization theory, draw lessons of relevant experience from domestic and abroad. Moreover, we should explore and research effective measures of urbanization in Binhai New Area and put forward more directive suggestions and strategies.Combining with relevant theories and specific practice, this thesis clearly suggests that based on the utilization of urbanization selection, we should link urbanization disciplines with Chinese actual conditions. Urbanization method of developing small and middle-sized cities and small towns with the development mode of centralization simultaneously should be adopted. Even if in more developed area of Binhai Area, we should adopt the mode of exploring core city zones and developing functional areas together with featured small towns supported by space strategic pattern in constructing networking urban construction system; we should adhere to the thought of developing nurturing agriculture and driving rural areas via cities in industry functional area; we should play leading functions over government and advantages of large-sized state-owned enterprise to explore bottleneck capital problems of urbanization of rural areas. Because of this, urbanization development will bring win-win effects to realize sustainable development of economic society in Binhai New Area.
