Research On Logistics Model Of Jiangxi FT Logistics Limited Company

Automobile manufacturing industry logistics service is different from other areas of the logistics business,related to technology,business and service are more complex,especially the auto parts supply logistics production,transportation,sales and distribution to a more advanced management mode,otherwise it is difficult to logistics service resources the effective use of the logistics mode is not well run.Based on this,this paper selects the typical enterprise of auto parts logistics of Jiangxi FT Logistics Co.,Ltd as the research object,the use of supply logistics related theory and research methods to conduct in-depth analysis of logistics service status,the existing problems of modern logistics demand and logistics mode innovation development trend of practical research for the company,and puts forward some effective countermeasures to solve the problem,provide the basis for the company the exploration and implementation of appropriate logistics management and logistics mode.This paper mainly studied logistics model from the following several sections of Jiangxi FT Logistics Co.Ltd in this paper: the first chapter summarized the research background,purpose and significance of this article.The second chapter mainly introduces the auto parts logistics model theory,elaborates the related theoretical concepts,characteristics and contents of the logistics management of the logistics.The third chapter analyzed the logistics present situation of Jiangxi FT Logistics Co.,Ltd,also analyzes the auto parts logistics company are faced with the problem.The fourth chapter,we studied the design of the auto parts logistics mode,comparison and analysis for the company to choose auto parts logistics mode,and design the new mode based on the logistics company for the fine management of auto parts of Jiangxi FT Logistics Co.,Ltd.;This article build the logistics mode of Jiangxi FT Logistics Co.,Ltd which includes three levels,it is to eliminate waste and continuous improvement;it is to determine the company realize fine logistics planning;3 it is to indicate the firm support for the specific implementation of the second planning strategy,such as constructing flattening organization,activity diagrams,entity structure,just-in-time,strategy,etc.The fifth chapter,targeted put forward the improvement measures of logistics management in auto parts of Jiangxi FT Logistics Co.,Ltd,think in terms of the improvement of purchasing management,should make the scientific management model for suppliers,introducing competition mechanism in the process of supplier selection;In inventory management improvements,should improve the ability of deal with uncertain factors in the inventory management,through the reasonable inventory management to improve inventory turns;Shall,in the improvement of distribution management,increase the company funds input to the logistics infrastructure equipment,auto parts distribution center and the talent team construction.
