Research On Operations Model And Development Strategy Of Liaoning Post Logistics

Chinese post logistics is an important part of traditional logistics industry, which could foster post logistics sustained, rapid and sound development. After years of development, post logistics of my country make a more abundant achievement, In recent years, with the rapid development of logistics industry of my country, post logistics gets a high-speed development of the good opportunity. Meanwhile, post logistics also faces a very intense competition. As an important part of post logistics of my country, post logistics of Liaoning province also will face opportunity and challenge. So studying development strategy of post logistics in a systematic and deep way will make a vital significance.Based on modern logistics, supply chain management, enterprise strategic management theories; this paper analyzes development situation and characteristics at present post logistics. And it put forward to some existing problems. It will lay the foundation for the development strategy of post logistics of Liaoning province. Then, it analyzes traditional logistics industry. With the development of logistics industry, the traditional operation mode exist many problems, such as operation mode of post logistics in country can't play a function fully, the physical flow, cash flow, information network lack of effective combination and lack of operation mode of handling emergencies. Therefore, it needs creation to develop post logistics of Liaoning province in the operation mode. This paper puts forward to the creation of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" logistics services, logistics, financial and emergency logistics three kinds of operation mode. Also, the paper puts forward to eight strategies of post logistics of Liaoning province, such as being guided by the market, strengthening the business development and so on. Finally, the paper puts forward to the conclusion of this research. The research in this paper will provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for post logistics of Liaoning province.
