Research On Logistics-center-based Logistics Organization Mode Of Fresh Agricultural Products

With the continuous development of China’s economy and with the improvement of people’s living standard, fresh agricultural products market scale is expanding as well as urban residents’safety and quality requirements for fresh agricultural products are increasing. The circulation system of fresh agricultural products is in the period of transition from old to new, and still in a state of confusion of inefficient and high cost. And with the appearance of Internet of Things as well as the new logistics mode, the inefficient circulation system above-mentioned gradually has being valued by the society. Thus, reducing the circulation links, improving the circulation time, reducing distribution costs have become the key point of upgrading and evolving of Organization Mode of Logistics of fresh agricultural products.The thesis, with the help of combination of standardize study and comparative study as well as charts and text, researches two different Organization Modes of Logistics of fresh agricultural products---the Self-run Logistics Mode and Logistics-center-based Organization Mode, which is based on the Logistics Organization Theory. Analysis in the thesis about the separatism of the trading and logistics process to reduce cost and improve circulation efficiency launched on the basis of Theory of Commodity; and the discussion about dealers’or trader’how to choose organization form to reduce interval organization cost is part of Enterprise Organization Theory. The method route always adheres to the logical deductive and summarizing, proceeding from the interval logic of reducing logistics cost and raising the circulation efficiency as well as summarizing the present condition and developing trend of Logistics Organization Mode of fresh agricultural products of both domestic and overseas. Comparative analysis used in the third chapter, on one hand, for the comparison of the Self-run Logistics Mode and Logistics-center-based Organization Mode; on the other hand, for the comparison of China’s and developed countries’organization Modes of Logistics. The fourth chapter points out that Logistics-center-based Logistics Organization Mode of fresh agricultural products has advantages on Inventory Management, Quality Control, etc.The thesis, taking Urumqi’s agricultural product wholesale market as a sample, firstly analyses the running characteristics and the efficiency of the current Self-run Logistics Mode of fresh agricultural products, further points out its shortages and compares it to these of Japan, US and Netherland. Secondly, puts forward the Logistics-center-based Logistics Organization Mode which appropriates for logistics of fresh agricultural products in Xinjiang region, further, provides ideas for organizational development of agricultural logistics in Xinjiang, and takes a systematic research of this mode’s feature, function and advantages, combining the characteristics of logistics of fresh agricultural products. Then, states the standpoint that this kind of circulation model can cover the shortage of traditional sales model of fresh agricultural products, help to improve the level of macro-management of Producing---Shipping---Selling of fresh agricultural products, as well as form economies of scale and improve the agriculture industrialization.
