Talents represent the lifeline of enterprises which could affect enterprise's core competitiveness and also affects its operations and development.Managers are the core human resources of an enterprise,their work performances and attitudes not only affect an enterprise's operation and output but also affect team harmony and team-building.Managers' performance appraisal satisfactions affect their working status.How to improve managers' performance appraisal satisfactions;how to establish and perfect the performance appraisal system,are the management difficulties which enterprises pay more and more attention to in nowadays.The author makes a review about literature and motivation theory first,and then went to the A enterprise to do some field survey and interviews.According to the content of the interviews and consultation experts in human resource management,the author compiled a questionnaire of managerial personnel's performance appraisal satisfaction of A company.Then the author investigated 155 managers of A company,using SPSS22.0 software to analyze the results of the survey,evaluated the status of managers' performance appraisal satisfaction and found out five dimensions that influencing managers' performance appraisal satisfaction and the problems existing in A company's performance appraisal.Finally,the author gave suggestions and measures to promote managerial personnel's performance appraisal satisfaction of A company.The results of this study mainly includes the following aspects:first,the five dimensions which influence the managerial personnel's performance appraisal satisfaction of A company are understanding appraisal system,the scientific nature of appraisal system and index,fairness of appraisal results and its apply,performance motivations and the rationality of appraisal cycle.Second,Significant differences about overall performance appraisal satisfaction exist between manager's age,functions,managerial position work experience and years of working in A company.Third,the author found out four problems of managers' performance appraisal in A company,they are unreasonable appraisal cycle,the lack of performance motivations and differentiation performance management,the lack of performance appraisal communication system,the lack of appraisal results applications.This study also purposes five suggestions and four guarantee measures to improve managerial personnel's performance appraisal satisfaction of the A company.
