ZT Foreign Trade Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of a large state-owned foreign trade group.Since its establishment in 1999,the company relies on the state-owned advantages of the company and its own professional characteristics,the products are exported to more than 50 countries and regions,the import commodity market in 117 countries and regions,Zhejiang Province has become the largest professional import and export One of the business.However,in recent years with the international economic downturn and the domestic economy into the new normal,the company's overall performance decline,the resulting problems and contradictions followed.Faced with these challenges,companies must make strategic adjustments and business transformation.This paper first makes an objective evaluation of the company's operating conditions and existing strategies.On this basis,it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the company and the external opportunities and threats,and then clarifies the basic direction and overall Program,and the implementation of the company's strategy to put forward their own views and specific strategies.Research shows that,ZT foreign trade companies in the capital,technology,brand and sales channels,etc.still have some advantages,but the front pull too long,too much decent supplier of resources,a single profit model,management system lag.In the face of external opportunities and threats,ZT foreign trade companies should change the existing agent-based,self-employed business model,through the expansion of their own advantages of business,and actively explore new models of self.But the strategic transformation is not overnight,the company must develop planning step by step implementation,steady progress.In the process of implementation of the strategy,we must strengthen the system and cultural construction,through the establishment of effective incentives and incentives to stimulate all levels of staff enthusiasm,initiative and creativity.In addition,we should also focus on risk management and control.
