At present, China’s overall highway engineering market is value of 1.6 trillion Yuan, which can boost the related industrial development nearly ten trillion Yuan. Since China’s accession to the WTO, the influence of the market economy in our country’s highway construction industry is different stakeholders have different views. The author thinks it has great significance for the highway companies to establish a scientific and reasonable development strategy and constantly improve the enterprise core competitiveness.The CY expressway co., LTD., in the new era to be in the market place, once the enterprise survival and development of very severe, both to compete with many state-owned highway construction at the present stage, and face the challenge of overseas construction firm strong, also has low levels of construction unit interacting, competition, etc., in such a market under the clamp force, after the restructuring of large or excellent foreign firm, compared the CY expressway co., LTD., in a relatively \"disadvantage\", how to choose their own advantage, clear market positioning, do, do fine, make a new, to build and form their own core competitive ability is an urgent need to study the subject.
