The Operational Analysis Of Shandong Family Farms

Characterized by family business,the family farm is an important form of modern agricultural production.It is in line with the development of modern society and adapts to modern agricultural production..Besides,it agree with the modern mode of production in agriculture production and operation mode.In recent years,family farms have been actively developed in Shandong Province,and the upsurge of developing family farms and exploring new agricultural production and management patterns has been raised all over Shandong province.Shandong Province has become the main force of new agricultural business entities the development of family farms in terms of the number of farms,employees and influence and it is the locomotive of agricultural moderate operation and modern agriculture even a booster increasing farmers' income.But family farm in Shandong is still in the early stages of development.There are unavoidably some problems such as lack of knowledge,no standardized,management,low management level,lack of innovation capability and weak brand awareness etc,which restrict family farms to develop better,faster and more healthier.Therefore,it is an important issue for the development of family farms in Shandong province to accurately understand the development of family farms in Shandong Province,and explore how to give full play to their advantages and actively improve the defects.Based on statistical data collected from 17 cities in Shandong,the author make an investigation by visits and the questionnaire survey research on the rural labor force.Through the summary and analysis of the questionnaire,information about the motivation,efficiency,mode,risk and demand of family farm development in Shandong province could be obtained.The first part of the paper is the overview of the relevant theories of family farms,as well as the development of family farms at home and abroad.Drawing on the experience of its development,the author fully realizes the necessity and feasibility of developing family farms in Shandong province.In the second part of the paper,the advantages and shortcomings are analyzed according to domestic and foreign family farm experience,the survey data,the basic situation of farm families in Shandong Province basic mode and existing problems.According to the results of the study,the paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations from the aspects of system construction,subject construction,mechanism construction and model innovation,and proposes the PPP model development theory of family farm.
