The Strategy Research On The Development Of Family Farm Model In Liaoning Province

The words "family farm" appeared in china’s central document in2013for thefirst time; On March28,2013, Premier Li Keqiang arrived at Tianniang family farmin Changshu City of Jiangsu Province to get on-the-spot investigation, and he pointedout that the model of family farm would be a direction to develop the modernagriculture; And then, there were a lot of regions in the development of family farm inwhole country.To many western developed countries, family farm is the main mode inagricultural production; Domestically, the model of family farm has get developmentin Songjiang district of Shanghai and south district of Jiangsu province. For speakingLiaoning Province,"family farm" is an emerging thing, and in March2013, a farmernamed Zhu Baozhen in Panjin City founded the first family farm--"Bao Zhen familyfarm for rice cultivation in Dawa county". Thus, the contribution of family farmmodel has just begun in Liaoning Province.To answer the questions that Whether Liaoning Province should develop andhow to develop the family farm model, this paper firstly provided an overview of therelevant economic theories of agriculture, as well as the experience of classical familyfarm development patterns at home and aboard; On this basis, this paper analyzed thenecessity of developing family farms in Liaoning province from both theoretical andpractical point of view; Finally, based on present condition in Liaoning province, thispaper proposed some strategic advices such as building and improving the landtransfer mechanism, increasing financial support to develop family farms, andbuilding a new social service system in rural areas in order to promote the furtherdevelopment of family farms in Liaoning province.
