Study On The Income Gap Of Rural Residents In Liaoning

Problems about Agriculture,Rural areas and Peasantry has become the primary issue of economic development in China.The solution of the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is about our country’s socialist modernization process,is our country completed the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation the Chinese dream as soon as possible.Promote the farmers’ income,narrow the gap between the farmers’ income is the starting point and breakthrough point to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".The party and the government attaches great importance to the problem of increasing farmers’ income,has launched a series of "number one file" stressed the importance of the problem of increasing farmers’ income,narrow the gap between the income of farmers.According to the historical statistical yearbook,the farmers’ income source structure in Liaoning province and the farmers’ income level difference is analyzed.The results show that the current farmers’ income source structure is relatively single,Liaoning province,the farmers’ income gap,and presents the trend of widening year by year.Therefore,solving the problem of increasing farmers’ income,narrow the gap between the income of farmers is very urgent.In this paper,based on the marxist theory of economic development,farmers’ income gap problem in Liaoning area as the breakthrough point,and according to the current situation of the development of different regions in Liaoning province agriculture,targeted countermeasures were also suggested.This article is divided into three main parts,first of all,respectively in Liaoning province through the income gap compared with the national average,Liaoning farmers’ income structure difference Angle to compare,the income of farmers in Liaoning regional difference point of comparison,comparison ofLiaoning farmers income Angle,Liaoning agricultural industrial structure difference Angle to compare,this paper analyzes the principle about the present situation of farmers’ income gap in Liaoning;Secondly,respectively from natural basis difference,the difference of the economic basis,the location difference,the difference of labor element,capital element difference,the difference of regional development history and policy inclination,the perspective of thedifference of income structure,analyze the reason of Liaoning farmers’ income gap,and the source of income structure difference is the main cause of the farmers’ income gap in Liaoning;Finally,the conclusion countermeasures,in order to adjust the structure of the farmers’ income sources in Liaoning as main countermeasures,and respectively from enhance farmers’ scientific and cultural quality,strengthen the underdeveloped rural areas policy support Angle solving countermeasures are put forward.
