Construction On The Performance Appraisal Indicator System Of Agricultural Extension And Its Empirical Analysis In YongAn City

Agricultural technology extension is the bridge between theoretical research and practical application,its effectiveness directly affects far-mers' interests and even affects the process of agricultural development.Build a performance evaluation index system to evaluate agricultural technology extension,is important means of scientific management,improve the level of extension,promote the development of agriculture.Based on this context,building a performance evaluation index system,and then conducting and analyzing the field investigation accordant with the actual situation of Yong An(a county-level city)is good for improving the level of extension and promoting the development of agriculture in Yong An City.Meanwhile,also to other areas have certain reference significances.This study conducted the performance evaluation index system from four first grade indexes:extension ability,extension efficiency,satisfaction of farmers and creativity,which contain fifteen secondary indexes,based on the balanced scorecard and the actual situation of agricultural extension in Yong An city in 2015.We also used the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight coefficient of each index,and employed this index in analyzing agricultural technology extension in Yong An City.Through empirical analysis,the evaluation score is 85.4706.We found the scores in personnel structure and number,management system and institution,team innovation are low,should be improved.Consequently,we raise some suggestions accordingly,first,setting up personnel team scientifically to stimulate creativity,second,establishing a perfect management system and perfect the construction of institution to improve the comprehensive management level,last and enacting policies of professional title assessment in the current period to arouse the enthusiasm of staff.
