Quality And Affecting Factors Of New Urbanization In Wuhan

Since the reform and opening up,China’s urbanization process is very rapid,but too fast development has led to the expansion of urban scale disorder,low utilization of resources,ecological and environmental protection is not enough attention,urban and rural dual structure is still significant and other issues.Therefore,relative to the scale of urbanization development,we should pay attention to improve the quality of urbanization development.The new urbanization requires the formation of the connotative economic growth mode,the intensive use of resources,the integration of urban and rural areas,is to achieve people-oriented,sustainable development,but also to achieve economic and social,human and natural,urban and rural harmonious development.Based on the theory of system theory,sustainable development theory and coordinated development theory,this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research and analysis of Wuhan City,the quality of urbanization.First,the paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to construct the index system of the new urbanization quality of Wuhan City,and analyzes the quality of urbanization in Wuhan from the two dimensions of urbanization development level and development efficiency.Then,through the coordinated development of the model,the impact of urbanization on the quality of the population,land and economic three elements and their relationship between the dynamic analysis,and respectively with the new urbanization quality coupling to explore the three elements and the quality of urbanization The relationship between the elements and the new urbanization quality of Wuhan City,the quality of the coordination of the spatial differences in order to improve the quality of new urbanization in Wuhan laid the foundation.Finally,according to the main reasons to improve the quality of new urbanization in Wuhan,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the quality of new urbanization in Wuhan.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The quality of new urbanization is affected by the development level of urbanization and the development efficiency.The development level of urbanization includes the urbanization level of population,land and economy,and the development efficiency of urbanization includes six sub-indicators such as economic growth efficiency,resource utilization efficiency,public service quality,infrastructure construction,urban and rural development relationship and ecological environment quality.(2)The quality of new urbanization in Wuhan has an increasing trend in time and presents three different stages of development.The quality of new urbanization in Wuhan has obvious difference in spatial distribution,and the trend of decreasing gradually from center to periphery is The According to the comprehensive data of urbanization quality of each district in Wuhan,the quality of new urbanization in Wuhan can be divided into three types of regions.(3)The analysis of the coordinated development of population-land-economic factors shows that the various influencing factors have passed the process from the disorder stage to the transition stage to the coordination stage between 2000 and 2015.From the subtypes,the rapid development of urban land in Wuhan City,the rapid urban expansion,followed by urbanization,urban population increased rapidly,the economic urbanization is lagging behind,the economic development needs to be further improved,the difference between urban and rural areas is still large.(4)The spatial analysis of the new urbanization quality and the influencing factors in Wuhan showed that:①The urbanization index of the three influencing factors in the main urban area is higher than that in the urban area.②Population and economic urbanization and the quality of urbanization are in a highly coordinated stage,the land urbanization is a large regional differences,the main city as the center to the external decline,from the central to the north and south of the spatial differentiation of the law.
