Assessment And Optimization Of Rural Residential Land

Land is the carrier of human life and ecological civilization construction.There are many people in our country and the per capita arable land is only one-third of the that of world average.In our country,Man-Nature Relationships is highly tense.And the rural homestead land which is a high proportionof total land is very low,is an important reason to aggravate the land-use tension.With the national level of urban and rural construction land experiments and other policies to promote the reduction of rural residential land reduction problem has become a research hotspot.In this paper,Tunc hang county in Hainan province was taken as an example,residential land in Tunchang County was extracted accurately with the help of the high-resolution satellite imagery,historical land use vector data and field survey data.And index system which includes seven indicators(slope,elevation,the distance from the river corridor,land use type,vegetation type and the geological disaster influence)to evaluate the ecological sensitivity of rural residential land in Tunchang county was establish in the first place.And then another index system which includes three aspects(natural conditions,region conditions and social and economic conditions),built to evaluate land use suitability of rural residential land in Tunchang county was carried out.Both two kinds of evaluation studies aimed at that the layout optimization of rural residential area could be systematically studied.Finally,according to the results of two kinds of evaluation studies,region of the construction land suitability from low to high,the rural residential areas to be regulated and the rural residential land optimization scheme was determined.The results show that:1)area locates in ecologically very sensitive,highly sensitive,moderate sensitive,slightly sensitive,and insensitive area are 0.04 hm2,2.41 hm2,42.10 hm2,835.93 hm2 and 2990.21 hm2.2)Vilage locates in forbidden zone,limited zone,secondary priority zone and priority zone are 46.42 hm2,501.91 hm2,2423.23 hm2 and 864.76 hm2.3)The total amount of optimization area in Whole County is 547.76 hm2.Optimization areas mainly locates in the central "category basin"area,among them the top three are Wupo town,Nankun town and Tuncheng town,the amounts of them are 108.49hm2,107.07 hm2 and 103.30hm2,and the least of them,Fengmu town,is only 34.96 hm2.
