Evaluation Of Tourism Development Land Ecological Suitability Of Dalian Jinpu New District

Land ecological suitability evaluation is the prerequisite for land planning,it's also the basis of sustainable land use.In the present study,there are many researches on the land ecological suitability evaluation for agricultural land and construction land,but still little research on tourism development.In addition,there are many problems such as the subjectivity of evaluation methods,the diversity of evaluation system and so on.To solve the above problem,using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and OAT(one-at-a-time)and other methods to take studies on the construction of evaluation index system and weight sensitivity analysis and other problems.Mainly as follows:(1)Establishment of evaluation index system.On the basis of the evaluation system which is suitable for construction,focusing on ecological security,highlighting the ecological sensitivity index.Choosing 15 evaluation indicators from ecological sensitivity,slope,land use status,visibility,geological disaster risk,and traffic 6 aspects to built a relatively complete,multi-level evaluation system.(2)Weight sensitivity analysis.In order to test the influence of the small change of index weight on the result,using the OAT(one-at-a-time)method to build the weight adaptive model by Model Builder,realizing the automatic calculation of the evaluation.The results show that the geological disaster risk has a high sensitivity and when the weight reduced by-18%,the most appropriate suitable type of area to achieve the maximize change,increased by 34.52%.(3)Realization of evaluation model.Using the Model Builder to build evaluation model of land ecological suitability of tourism development,realizes the visualization of technical process of evaluation.The model is used to evaluate the ecological suitability of tourism development in Dalian Jin Pu New District and the results show that Thirty mile Street,LiangJiadian Street,DengShahe Street and other streets are very suitable for tourism development.It conforms to the actual situation and planning objectives of research area,which proves the scientific and rationality of the evaluation method and provides a quantitative reference for the development of tourism.
