Since the implementation of the project supervision system,it has played a very important role in ensuring the quality and safety of construction projects,and has promoted the vigorous and healthy development of China's construction industry.With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the needs of social and economic development,the country's investment in highway construction is becoming larger and larger,and it also exposes a lot of problems existing in the construction supervision of highway.The traditional supervision management mode can not meet the needs of modern engineering construction projects,which requires that supervision management mode must be changed from the rough management to fine management.Fine management concept as the social division of labor is constantly refined,the quality of social service is the inevitable requirement of fine,in China's highway construction,supervision plays a very important role.Through the analysis of the concept of fine management,this paper will study the highway project supervision work.In this paper,the MTC highway construction project of ZH company supervision(hereinafter referred to as MTC project)will be as the research object,through the analysis of MTC project characteristics,we can study the current supervision enterprise management work existing problems and shortcomings.In accordance with the key and difficult points of supervision work,the management measures and improvement measures of" precise,accuracy,meticulous and strict" should be formulated to promote the organic combination of "five controls and two pipes" and form a complete chain management system.The use of scientific and professional services,standardized management to improve the management level of project supervision,for the owners to provide quality satisfactory service but also hope to provide some practical reference for the improvement of the competitiveness of ZH company.At the same time,this article will through the control of the standard contract,determine the supervision work of the control status,find out some problems and shortcomings,for the MTC project supervision organization,team building,learning style,evaluation and reward system,occupation moral education,problems,countermeasures.Through the "five control,management and coordination" work,to promote the refinement of supervision procedures,to achieve the management objectives of MTC project.
