In recent years,with the gradual improvement of China's socialist economic system mature,the traditional organs and institutions of the old-age insurance system is difficult to adapt to the development requirements under the new situation,resulting in financial,social and other aspects of the negative impact is also growing.But it is undeniable that as an important part of the whole social security system,it is impossible to carry out institutional changes across the board,need to combine China's regional,economic strength,financial situation and other factors to improve.Therefore,despite the country since 1994 began to change,but the overall reform effect is not ideal,the local pilot situation is not optimistic,and even far behind the pace of development of enterprise pension insurance system,which have greatly affected China The overall construction of the social security system.Therefore,combined with China's specific national conditions,to speed up the reform of the old-age insurance system,the pace of institutional institutions is still imminent.This paper takes Henan Province as an example to carry on the empirical analysis,on the basis of summarizing the relevant theories of the old-age insurance of the institutions,combining with the reform process of the old-age insurance system of the organs and institutions of the province,this paper clarifies the current situation and the existing problems.On this basis,the author uses the comparative analysis method to summarize the experience and enlightenment of the reform of the old-age insurance system of other domestic provinces and foreign public officials,and find out the entry point and breakthrough point of the reform of the old-age insurance system of the organs and institutions in Henan Province This paper gives the basic principles and countermeasures and suggestions of the reform of the old-age insurance system of the organs and institutions in Henan Province from four aspects in order to provide reference for accelerating the reform of the old-age insurance system of the organs and institutions in Henan Province.
