The Research On Procurement And Production Inventory Management Of SG Company In Supply Chain Management Environment

Supply chain management and procurement and inventory management of construction of manufacturing enterprises from the early 90s of the last century started,the strong support and the positive efforts of government enterprises,inventory control methods constantly change and innovation.At the same time,China's manufacturing inventory control mode there is also a greater degree management can not meet the new situation,resulting in inventory control,there is a more serious problem at present.Therefore,how to efficiently meet the market demand for rapid response,but also save the enterprise resource utilization,improve logistics,information flow,capital flow flow capacity,became the manufacturing enterprises need to solve the problem.In this study,SG company,for example,through the study of the theory of supply chain management,procurement and production for the company's inventory problems SG existing supply chain management environment analysis and research,the eventual establishment of a suitable business with the company for SG inventory supplier collaboration concepts and production process control system.This paper introduces the theory involved in basic research,to lay the theoretical foundation for the empirical research behind it.Second,this dissertation field research on the procurement and production company SG inventory management situation was analyzed and found that the presence of low SG company inventory turns in the procurement of raw materials inventory management,material requirements to produce bullwhip effect transfer process,part of the raw material supply sometimes delays or other issues out;and financial indicators of the presence of the constraints in the production line inventory management side,the adverse effects of traditional values and other issues;in addition,the transmission of information across the enterprise and supply chain processes converge in SG also exist within the enterprise information management is not standardized,the node level of enterprise information,not high.Third,for the research firm found during SG procurement and production inventory management issues,combined with the actual situation of the company's SG,SG proposed construction principles and production company purchases inventory control system,namely clarity,measurable,achievable,practical and time-bound.And proposed to establish a vendor inventory management system,improve raw material purchase orders,optimize SG company with suppliers of information flow transfer process solutions.In addition,proposed by the establishment of production inventory management ABC classification method to optimize the company's raw material production line edge distribution processes and internal company information flow transfer material requirements and other methods to optimize the supply chain management company under the procurement and inventory management and improvement.Finally,this study also were produced from perfect inventory of basic data management and supplier performance evaluation system established both to provide basic protection for SG company purchases and optimize inventory management.In this paper take advantage of document analysis to gather relevant theory and research results related works in the literature regarding inventory management,VMI management model.And as a basis,the use of empirical analysis,select SG equipment manufacturing enterprises on behalf of the relevant circumstances SG companies analyzed,investigation and research,to find out when the purchase inventory management problems and propose targeted inventory management strategies.In addition,this study also takes advantage of the interview to get the SG survey company purchases inventory management status and problems of first-hand information.In summary,this paper procurement inventory management problems SG company exists,the VMI inventory management and other advanced theories and SG's reality,for the SG's inventory management provides a theoretical basis of theoretical significance.Simultaneously,the study also raised concerns about the application of modern enterprise management tools,help achieve business efficient,accurate,and timely information management,and ultimately help companies improve their overall competitiveness,with some practical significance.
