With the gradual improvement of China’s income level, the urban residents are suffering a highly increased living and working pressure. In this case people are urgently seeking relatively easy and simple entertainment style to meet the spiritual needs to achieve the purpose of self-relaxation. The audio industry development trend is therefore benefiting from such a consumer demand in future. As a result, investing domestic audio industry has a relatively broad prospect and high economic benefit. However, being influenced and restricted by late starting, limiting R&D investment, shortage of technicians and other factors, the level of enterprise management and technical development of domestic professional audio industry is difficult to be further improved in a short time. Meanwhile, the high material cost, the low productivity, and the poor purchasing management all have seriously affected the domestic audio industry. At present, under the influence of such factors, China’s domestic sound enterprises can only compete in the low-end market mainly; what’s worse is, in order to survive and develop, They have to be engaged in the very bottom of the manufacture chain or even play the role of foreign high-end competitors’ OEMs. With the increasing of global supply chain cooperation requirements, how to better promote the domestic audio enterprises to continuously improve the purchasing management and the supply chain management, becomes a pressing problem for the enterprise industry to enhance the market competitivities. therefore, studying the enterprise industry with supply chain procurement management system optimization problem has a both practical and theoretical values.This article selected a private enterprise industry company Guo Guang Electric Co. Ltd.(referred as Guoguang Company) as a typical case. The author applied Guoguang’s procurement management system as the research object, and aimed at its status that the poor purchasing management system leading to a high costs of purchasing. Also, the author applied the purchasing management strategic management, marketing management and other related theoretical knowledge, combined with literature studying, field survey method, case studying method, chart method and other specific methods, then added theory with practice to in-depth analyse the company’s purchasing management process. Based on the its current purchasing management system, focusing on the four main aspects: the impact of organizational design, purchasing management process, suppliers management, and costs management, finally put forward specific strategies to improve the purchasing management system and the guarantee mechanism for Guoguang Company. The goal of this research is to help Guoguang to reduce purchasing costs, and increase its productivity, also, this research could be used as a reference for other domestic sound industry companies.
