The Research On The Status Of MTC Supply Chain Management And The Improving Solutions

With the rapid of supply chain management, there is no longer competition for a single enterprise, but among the supply chains. It has become an important strategy that modern enterprises focus on supply chain management in order to maintain and enhance the competitive. Especially for the F group with Diversified manufacturing enterprises, which is the core enterprise, how to build their supply chain and defective management is particularly important.First of all, this paper asking questions about F group, discusses supply chain about research status of our country and abroad, the purpose of this paper and the main contents. It describes the basic theory of supply chain and supply chain management, introducing the development of supply chain and supply chain management, the structure and main features. Moreover, ERP is introduced which as a tool for the supply chain. Then, it focuses on the supply chain research about MTC department of F group, focuses on the basic status of MTC supply chain management. From the MTC's supply chain, procurement and suppliers, inventory management, production planning and control, logistics and transport management, distribution management and information systems, it has presented the status of MTC supply chain in seven key areas of supply chain management. Meanwhile, it proposes the existence four main issues: procurement and supplier management, inventory management, production planning and control, and enterprise information systems. Then, it put forward some solutions of improving the supply chain management, Which focused on the main problems of MTC supply chain management. Combined with the theory knowledge, it analysis and proposes the corresponding improvement strategies: strengthening the procurement and supplier management, inventory management, production planning and control and consolidate enterprise information countermeasures. Finally, the conclusions and some guidelines for future research are presented.
