The paper makes an empirical research by huawei smartphone development, using the literature search method, the individual interview method, data statistics and questionnaire investigation method and so on, carriing on a comprehensive survey. Based on the domestic smartphone industry particularity, I was establishing a domestic smartphone customer satisfaction model and a domestic smartphone customer satisfaction evaluation index system according to the model itself and the current situation of the development of smartphones, using the statistic and factor analysis, structural equation model, and with the aid of SPSS software and Amos software. Though the combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, assessing the analysis system of customer satisfaction, evaluating indexs of the customer satisfaction of the smartphone and the factors influencing satisfaction. At the same time, putting forward effective promotion strategies of the existing customer satisfaction for huawei.
