The Construction Of Agricultural Extension Personnel Problem Research Of Hunan

The problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers have always been a big problem. The construction of agricultural extension personnel in China is still at the stage of development. There are still some problems in the promotion of the number of talents, quality, structure and so on. With the continuous progress of the new rural construction, national policy but also to the further Huinong agricultural tilt, cultivation of agricultural popularization talents become top priority of rural development and construction. This article uses the method of case analysis and comparative analysis, in this paper, based on the concept and theory of the research on the construction of basic agricultural extension personnel in Hunan Province, the paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of agricultural extension personnel in Hunan Province, and points out the existing problems and the causes of these problems, and discusses the effective ways to solve these problems. In the analysis and discussion of the construction of agricultural extension personnel, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the construction of basic agricultural extension personnel, and points out the feasible solutions, especially on the construction of agricultural extension personnel in Hunan. This paper shows that the construction of rural grassroots agricultural extension personnel has achieved initial success, but the training of personnel is not easy, in the development of scientific development should be firmly implemented, take the path of sustainable development, the construction of agricultural extension personnel should adhere to the people-oriented, so that people truly become the first productivity of rural development, agricultural reform and farmers become rich.
