The development of agriculture depends on science and technology, each time the great progress ofscience and technology is a great development of agriculture. It is essential that technology is play a rolebetween agriculture production and activities of science. These article combined the theory of innovationdiffusion technology, analyzed the behavior of farmers who engaged in agricultural production in thecountry of Hengshan.Summaried the influencing factors of innovation existed in the behaviors of farmersbetween agricultural extension activities based on the treat mentality and behavior of innovation diffusionof farmers.1.Strengthening and improving the organization of farmers, actively establish a government-ledfarmers as the main professional associations in rural areas of various types of technology, these types ofassociations can be summarized as technical exchanges, technology-service-oriented economy, theassociation+Company (base+farmers) type, it is to rely on technology to the interests as a link to thecompany or the base as a leader, the majority of farmers, based on a one big market to small-scaleproduction and ever-changing effective docking. Various types of rural professional associations adhere tothe "private, public management, public benefit" principle, to take "the president-demand, customizedactivities, self-financing" approach, to go self-service, self-accumulation and self-development "of themarket economy path."2.To develop a positive and stable agricultural policy, combined with the actual development of thespecific policy to guide the healthy and stable development of agriculture, all relevant local governmentclearly positioned itself.
