Innovative Research On Agricultural Science And Technol Ogy Extension System In Poverty Alleviation Of Industry

There are so many roads of development in poor areas, but the relief of poverty is not the long-term solution of this problem, only poverty alleviation through agricultural industrialization, can we achieve development goals from "blood-transfusion" poverty alleviation and switch to "blood-making" function for poverty alleviation. Agricultural science and technology extension is important carrier of industry to poverty alleviation and means. Link it is, Central transmission; both the power and the protection of the environment. The key to promoting poverty alleviation is to build a scientific and comprehensive, standardized agricultural scientific and technological extension system.Based on agricultural science and technology extension system status, we find out that current agricultural technology promotion system is incompatible with the industry of poverty alleviation. Focusing on series of these problems:the role of marginal, and passive challenge; weak institutions, and the lack of talents; empty mode, and single means; missing mechanism, and insufficient support; ignorance of market conditions, and have no efficiency. We analyzed the underlying causes that grass-roots Government and the market subject have no consciousness of problems and the imperfection of related policy regulation, and backward factors of poverty area and imperfection agricultural technology promotion system, Poverty alleviation and agricultural science and technology extension is lack of effective collaboration. We proposed the establishment of agricultural science and technology extension "new system" and other countermeasures designed to pro-poor adaptation of agricultural science and technology extension system and industry of poverty alleviation, promoting the work of poverty reduction in the poor areas effectively.To adapt to industry of poverty alleviation, Paper proposed the countermeasures recommends about Constructing agricultural technology promotion, that is:further researching about poverty area truth, active mobilization of grass-roots Government, social organization, market subject and masses of party; achieving perfect docking and strategy cooperation between industry of poverty alleviation and agricultural technology promotion; building maturity and effective agricultural technology promotion network; innovating the carriers of agricultural technology promotion in the industry of poverty alleviation actively; improving external environment of poverty area agricultural technology promotion and so on.Based on a sample of Hengyang City in China, this paper studies the relevance between industry poverty and agricultural technology promotion.Therefore, it has own certain culture and good representativeness and significance.
