Auto Part Logistics Cost Control Model Research

Auto parts industry is the base of automobile industry.Following the development of auto industry,there were so many kinds of demand from the final customers,so fierce market competition caused by technological innovation,but also there were many opportunities to take big improvement and development.Logistics cost is one of the key operational factor of cost in manufacturing auto parts enterprise.Following the development of the logistics industry,it runs a key role of national economy,especially in auto parts industry.The long-term trend of product price is going down and cost of raw materials and labor are going up.To face the economic downward trend in 2016 and part price goes down;low cost run is the important breakthrough for enterprise to achieve more profit.The cost of material has been squeezed and transparent.The logistics cost research was mainly focused on the micro enterprise logistics level in the world,which showed strong pertinence and practicability.Domestic logistics research and output are more focused on logistics procedures and on the theory of logistics management&supply chain management.There was not completed logistics cost for analysis and control.As a result,there is no effective quotation.Actually,the complex of the theory caused that so many research cost models can't be applied at daily management in the enterprises.There was no control about logistics cost and it was not clear that how much the logistics cost was and where the cost happened.To establish a standardized logistics cost management method,it is easy to find where the logistics cost was and how to control it,it is clear to find control point.The target is to get more profits and help enterprises to enhance its competitiveness.This theoretical basis of article is the total life cycle cost method.The main research methods are article citation index method,case study and data simulation method.Based on domestic and foreign relevant logistics cost theory,research method,analysis of company's actual logistics cost and company F actual logistics cost analysis.Logistics cost model is established,based on the collected data,to estimate the parameters,to help enterprise to get a useful logistics cost reference and to get more profit.
