Analysis of 18 auto manufacturing enterprise logistics outsourcing such as SAIC, GuangZhou Auto, DongFeng and Chang An Automotive, the advantages and disadvantages of the proprietary, the third party logistics outsourcing, supplier management and so on were studied.Second, through researches and practices, the thesis analyses the Faw International Logistics Company’s development environment and the present condition of the business. The enterprise is located in Longquanyi District. So about the development environment, it analyses the Longquanyi District’s automobile manufacturing enterprises, commercial enterprises and logistics enterprises to study the potential customers and the relation between competition and Faw International Logistics. About the business status, the whole business process of faw international logistics and the main outsourcing parts, operation and distribution business are described to summary the business and characteristics of enterprise and put forward he general direction of the logistics mode optimization.Then, the paper puts forward the optimization of horizontal and vertical integration of logistics mode.
