The rapid development of China’s automobile industry puts forward new requirements on automobile logistics’technology level, equipment, operation mode and management concept. Auto parts logistics in the automobile logistics operation is the most complex, the most accurate in time and the highest in quality activity. It closely involves in the production of automobile manufacturing enterprises, highly cooperates with production process and operation plan, ensures the purchasing and supply of the spare parts, at the same time is also the core competitiveness of the manufacturing enterprise. However, the auto parts logistics in China started late. Most companies comes from large automobile manufacturing enterprise in the separation that is too dependent on the host factory and the socialization degree is not high, at the same time, is also facing high logistics costs, low efficiency, low resource utilization problem in the internal. According to the above problems, illustrated by the case of Chengdu Faw International Logistics Company. (hereinafter referred to as "Faw International Logistics"), paper carries out the research from the following three aspects.First of all, the paper analyses the existing major automobile logistics mode. Through to the domestic six abroad automobile industry cluster and in Europe, Japan and the United States’production, marketing situation of auto industry, the represent of the enterprises, main products and development characteristics, it summarizes the characteristics of the development of automobile industry at home and abroad. Analysis of 18 auto manufacturing enterprise logistics outsourcing such as SAIC, GuangZhou Auto, DongFeng and Chang An Automotive, the advantages and disadvantages of the proprietary, the third party logistics outsourcing, supplier management and so on were studied.Second, through researches and practices, the thesis analyses the Faw International Logistics Company’s development environment and the present condition of the business. The enterprise is located in Longquanyi District. So about the development environment, it analyses the Longquanyi District’s automobile manufacturing enterprises, commercial enterprises and logistics enterprises to study the potential customers and the relation between competition and Faw International Logistics. About the business status, the whole business process of faw international logistics and the main outsourcing parts, operation and distribution business are described to summary the business and characteristics of enterprise and put forward he general direction of the logistics mode optimization.Then, the paper puts forward the optimization of horizontal and vertical integration of logistics mode. By seeking potential customers, expand existing business and develop value-added services, expand the scale of the enterprise, reduce the dependence on faw-vw makers, increase the degree of socialization, the horizontal integration can facilitate the long-term development of auto parts enterprises. By business process optimization, information system architecture, and resource allocation optimization, the vertical integration can expand the upstream and downstream supply chain of auto parts enterprises, realize the integration of components into the factory, set the goods and spare partsFinally, in the implementation of the enterprise in the auto parts logistics model optimization process,the thesis puts forward the safeguard measures in the following propulsion scheme by stages and in groups, talents.
