With the rapid development of China’s economy, the car ownership of Chinese people increases quickly. It leads to growth spurt of auto parts demand, and bring new opportunities and challenges to the auto parts logistics industry. Auto Parts loading is an important part of auto parts logistics, but it did not get enough attention in our country. There are many problems such as Information technology is not high, lack of standardized processes, relying too much on personal experience and so on. This not only makes the loading time rate parts logistics, transportation and other indicators timely rate is too low, resulting in a waste of time, but also easy to make parts in transit loss rate is too high, the high cost of logistics, resulting in poor parts logistics service efficiency.Objective of this paper is to develop auto parts automotive transport loading systems, and integrated into existing JL Auto Parts Logistics collaborative monitoring system. The loading system can require officers to provide personalized logistics loading programs, and that the loading part of the information to improve the operational efficiency of the unit directly synergy. The main contents of the paper is shown as following:1. The author conduct research on existing JL Parts Logistics Monitoring System on the loading collaborative links with the actual business processes is not enough to meet the problem, analyze the status quo of the loading links in parts logistics, and get the insufficient of the link. Then come to the business needs of the loading system from loading the business process perspective, and finally propose a total solution.2. The core module loading functions personalized comprehensive loading, in strict accordance with the distance loading, loading and stuffing similar function blocks provide algorithm support, design heuristic algorithm block loading and ant colony algorithm based on Elitist hybrid algorithm combining phase.3. Loading algorithm component in the form of encapsulation to improve code portability and reuse, and based WebGL of Three.js 3D drawing engine, to achieve in the absence of the plug-case loading plan showing the 3D effect.4. The overall solution of the system design implementation and business process perspective on the system function loading system for verification.
