China's mountainous area accounts for 1/3 of the land area, to achieve a comprehensive well-off society and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, we must pay attention to the development of the mountain towns economy. So it is very important for the economic and social development of the whole country to carry out the economic development of the whole country.Firstly, from the economic growth dynamics, combined with the characteristics and current situation of economic development in mountainous areas, from the factors of production to production, family two sector factors, and then expand to the knowledge, technology, environment, resources, capital and other endogenous growth model of the dynamic system analysis, to provide an important theoretical basis for the macro development of rural economic development.Secondly, considering the factors that affect the development of rural economy in mountainous areas, it is difficult to describe the economic system and the characteristics of the economic system. The model analysis of the classical dynamic system can not meet the needs of real growth. The adaptive fuzzy inference system based on fuzzy logic and neural network can effectively solve the problem. Finally, to the ancient Tang Xiang, Lianyuan City, Hunan Province as an example, through the present situation research and data collection, respectively on the economic development of the mountain towns were power system analysis and intelligent prediction and optimization control research, and puts forward some ideas and Countermeasures to promote economic development of mountain towns, to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of villages and towns in the mountain area of our country economic.
