In the operation and management of the expressway,the employee performance evaluation and use is an important issue faced by enterprises,which is a relatively complex problem.Domestic and foreign companies use the development of a mature sound and comprehensive assessment system to effectively deal with this complex problem,in order to enhance the level of performance of enterprises,so as to drive the highway operation and management level of continuous improvement of service quality.In this background,this paper takes NLJ highway management company as an example,and studies its performance appraisal system,so as to enhance the company's operational management efficiency and overall competitiveness.The work of this paper is as follows: Firstly,we illustrate the present situation of performance appraisal study and focus on China's highway industry employee performance appraisal system to collate relevant research analysis,and then summarizes the omission of previous studies,so as to highlights the innovation of this paper.Secondly,relying on the employee performance management and human capital theory,we use a variety of research methods such as literature research,case study,and questionnaire to analyze the status of NLJ highway management company employee compensation system and performance appraisal system,and use the results of the questionnaire to explain the necessity of its optimization.Finally,based on the existing problems,we optimize the design of NLJ highway management company employee performance by means of the philosophy of amoeba,so that employees can be oriented to the goal of the company.
