Abstract/Summary:
In the era of the rapid development of knowledge economy,enterprises need to improve the core competitiveness of internal human resources.Performance appraisal is an important content of human resource management through setting goals,taking control process and the result-oriented to motivate employees' working enthusiasm,improve work efficiency and help to realize the objective of enterprise development.The company's excellent performance appraisal can enhance the staff's enthusiasm for work,enhance the cohesion of the enterprise,accelerate the enterprise's development pace,and promote the competitiveness of the enterprise.B company is the domestic top three K12 education in the field of listed companies.In the past five years,the enterprise has developed rapidly,concrete manifestation in: scale expansion speed,number of customers increases quickly,the product update speed is in the leading level in the industry and the overseas market development momentum rapidly.With the rapid development of company B,the company has exposed a series of problems,among which the problem of human resource management is very prominent.Such as staff turnover is high,the staff has much negative emotions,the core position of personnel has no promotion channels and the assessment of company personnel is narrow-covered.The objective can not effectively motivate staff's working initiative,unable to identify and cultivate excellent employees and the application of assessment results can not be fully implemented.These problems have affected the realization of company B's strategic development goals.To Clearly establish,improve staff performance appraisal system and to optimize the existing performance evaluation scheme,has practical value.Firstly,this paper carried out SWOT analysis of company B,analyzing the four dimensions of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats.Then it proposed the strategic development goals of company B.Then,based on the strategic objectives,through questionnaire and interview,analyzed the development of the company in the process of employee performance appraisal problems and shortcomings,such as narrow comprehensive appraisal subject,unreasonable appraisal index,non-standard inspection procedure;Through investigation and analysis of the existing performance appraisal system files,it put forward a matching optimization scheme to solve above problems,such as clear the evaluation purpose,evaluation subject and evaluation cycle,and set up a more specific assessment indicators,such as the use of the assessment results for the specified;Finally,the paper put forward some suggestions for the effective implementation of the optimization scheme.
