Research On Social Responsibility Of Power Supply Enterprises From The Perspective Of Public Governance

Corporate social responsibility is the social responsibility that the government,society,residents have caused economic and social and environmental impact on the normal production and operation.Social responsibility has become an era of social progress and enterprise development,with the global economic and social development,corporate social responsibility issues more and more attention and concern.The central corporate social responsibility is to seriously implement the Party Central Committee and the State Council,specifically to promote economic and social development,power supply enterprises with services and public welfare attribute in the economic and social development,social responsibility is the inevitable choice of enterprise,but also the demand of economic and social development of the era,is bound to become the model of social responsibility.Qujing Power Supply Bureau as a large state-owned enterprises,based on the basic responsibility to ensure the maintenance and appreciation of state-owned assets,ensuring network security,security of power supply,should fulfill their social responsibilities,to serve the economic and social development in Qujing.Firstly the concept and origin of corporate social responsibility from the start,the development process,describes the corporate social responsibility and the importance and necessity of public governance perspective,government,enterprise,society and citizen relationship are analyzed,the power supply enterprise social responsibility related interests,basic categories,main measures and effects.In addition to the power supply enterprise social responsibility problems and causes are analyzed,aiming at the existing problems,from theoretical and practical aspects put forward the establishment of responsibility system,create conditions to protect the social value of support,leading,industry standard of effective measures to supervise the five aspects of the path to promote the power supply enterprises to fulfill social responsibility.This study highlights three points,is a complete and detailed data,the data used in this thesis are the actual data in recent years is the Yunnan Power Grid Co of Qujing Power Supply Bureau;two is a practical method,this paper used the method of literature,case analysis and interview,make the research more specific image;three is the effectiveness of solving the problems be strong,this paper gives corresponding measures of social responsibility exists in the process of taking power supply enterprises,these measures closely and supply of corporate social responsibility practice,so the maneuverability is strong.
