The economy development stage is sustained and rapid in China, whether it is the factories demand for raw materials, made after the goods transportation, including the online shopping goods transportation, all of them are inseparable from the logistics system. Modern logistics which is the enterprise to reduce operating costs, to create new profit source of specific performance, also the organization and management technology level reflect the overall level of development of logistics industry in this country. This is a rare opportunity for state-owned industrial enterprises which mainly income rely on traditional inventory and transportation business, to seize the opportunity, how to expand value-added services, how to improve the level of operation management and transportation efficiency, how to get higher yields, and after the transformation and upgrading to the third party logistics, how to get low carbon, sustainable development, and how to hold an impregnable position in the fierce competition, it is the core issue of concern in this paper.Graduation thesis is divided into five parts:part one mainly introduces the background and significance of topic selection, research status in China and foreign. First part also shows the main research contents and the logistics industry market development related theory overview of the research analysis tools. The second part, discusses the ZT logistics company's existing market conditions, analysis deficiencies of ZT, to clarify the cause of extend the marketing. The third part, this paragraph discusses ZT logistics company how to use their own advantages, through product, price, pace and promotion (4P) marketing theory, to design reasonable strategies. The fourth part, it shows the problems which can be possible to show up during in the time of market development, to avoid the risk and give out relevant solutions, ensure the implementation of the strategy successfully. The last part, to summarize the essay, and predicts future trends.This paper is the solutions and advices for the Chinese State-owned traditional logistics company to extend marketing. The method of combining based on the analysis of the current situation of the third party logistics in mainland China puts forward state-owned enterprises logistics industry to "go out"; uses the unique competitive advantage in state-owned enterprises, increase enterprise profits. Hope this article can be as an example, to help, and to show how to promote the marketing business for other Chinese state-owned traditional logistics companies.
