The Research On Operational Risk Management Of Huarong Xiangjiang Bank

In recent years,the banking industry is fierce competition,rapid development.The types,scale and scope of business are constantly expanding,and the level of risk management is also increasingly high.For the fast,steady,sustainable development of banking business,the importance of research on the overall risk management and the establishment of risk management system is more reflected.At the same time,in many risks of commercial bank operation,operational risk has become increasingly important.Therefore,commercial banks in the management of risk need to focus more on operational risk management issues and the reasons,to find out ways to prevent operational risk,finally to achieve the purpose of establishing operational risk management system which is in accordance with the actual situation.This paper bases on the analysis of the operational risk management of domestic and foreign advanced concepts and research resul ts,and focuses on the development status of Huarong Xiangjiang bank,and finds out some problems on operational risk management of this bank in the current stage,such as the imperfect internal control sysytem,the lack of operational risk management coor dination mechanism,operational risk means relatively backward and so on.The paper finds the reasons for these problems are weak risk management concept,imperfect process,inadequate risk management culture construction and other reasons,explore s the establishment of operational risk management system.The work should be enhanced from the organizational structure,system and process,technology and methods,culture and consciousness and so on.The implementation of the system can be assured from management's attention,operation of process bank,identification of employee to operational risk culture.The research on Huarong Xiangjiang bank operational risk system construction of this paper can contribute to improve the organizational structure,optimize the process management,enhance the loss coverage,improve the quality of information disclosure,improve the internal management control system,improve the operational risk management ability,and gradually form a good operational risk management culture,so as to provide a strong support for the this bank's fast and good development,and to expect to promote the development of the China's commercial bank operational risk management.
