Application Of Financial Shared Service Center In Chinese Enterprises

Under the influence of Reform and Opening and economic globalization,the concept of financial sharing service is gradually infiltrated into the management idea of large enterprises in China.With the continuous development of China's information technology and the enhancement of its economic strength,some large enterprises have begun to try this new management mode,and have achieved remarkable results.In2013,DDT has conducted research on the implementation of financial share of Chinese enterprises and said that in the future there will be more and more Chinese enterprises began planning or construction of Financial Shared Services center.In this paper,the financial shared services as the research object,using the method of case study to Ping An Group's Financial Shared Service Center as a case study,the Financial Shared Service Center of application in China.The possible problems of the Financial Shared Service Center of Ping An Group at the present stage are analyzed and some related suggestions are given.This paper mainly through the case as a practical demonstration,summed up the challenges and opportunities of financial sharing services for China's enterprises,the future development of Financial Shared Services model to make prospects.This paper is divided into seven chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,mainly on the research background,research significance and the domestic and foreign literature review,explain the research ideas and research methods.The second chapter outlines the theoretical origin and financial shared services,we introduce the concept and connotation of Financial Shared Service Mode of the Financial Shared Service Center,combing the theory origin of financial shared service mode,including transaction cost theory,competitive advantage theory,specialization theory,scale economy theory,process reengineering theory and ERP theory of financial shared service advantages,characteristics,scope,function,mode and implementation conditions are introduced in detail.The third chapter is the practice of financial sharing services at home and abroad,analyzes the implementation of the financial sharing services of Citibank,the domestic earlier implementation of the financialsharing services of ZTE group and the group.In the fourth chapter,Ping An Group as a case analysis in the basic situation,Ping An Group's financial management and financial service center to introduce the current situation of sharing after the construction of Ping An group of Financial Shared Service Center agent and the feasibility of the implementation of financial shared services are discussed in this paper.The fifth chapter introduces the financial sharing service implementation strategy of Ping An Group,a detailed description of the organizational structure and information structure framework of the shared service center framework,Financial Shared Service Center,and describes the implementation of Financial Shared reimbursement business process and business process services and insurance.In the sixth chapter,the paper analyzes the effect of the implementation of the financial sharing service of Ping An Group,the possible problems and the corresponding solutions.The seventh chapter conclusion and suggestion...
