Research On The Application Of Lean Management Theory In Equipment Management Of C Company

Into the second decade of the 21 st century,the global manufacturing industry to enter the development stage of 4.0,the manufacturing industry has emerged with the integration of the upgrading of service industry trends,the emergence of manufacturing electronic information,intelligent innovation and innovation.As a manufacturing enterprise,C companies from their own reality,and only continue to imitate the innovation,improve their manufacturing level and equipment management level,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises to complete the ultimate goal of corporate profits,to achieve sustainable development.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in C company equipment management,the paper puts forward the improvement management plan and measures based on the ideas and methods of lean production management.This paper begins with the research of lean production and equipment management,and expounds the lean production theory,equipment management theory and the application of lean management in manufacturing industry.This paper summarizes the application literatures of lean production management at home and abroad,analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the production and operation of machinery and equipment in C Company,and points out that the following problems exist in the existing equipmentmanagement of the company: equipment management system is imperfect,overage age is serious,maintenance efficiency is low,Equipment layout is unreasonable and so on.In view of these irrational phenomena,the paper puts forward the idea of introducing lean production management method and improving the equipment management of the company,hoping that the equipment management will reduce the cost and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the company through the innovation of lean equipment management.The basic contents of the program include lean equipment layout,equipment hardware and software lean improvement,lean system process,lean spare parts inventory and so on,and the implementation process of lean equipment management is discussed emphatically.The results of the paper can provide useful inspiration for other similar enterprises in China to apply lean operation and management.
